The system supports 8 task settings, each task can be divided into 5 tightening steps, 2 loosening steps, and 1 direction free rotation.A locking process can be divided into three stages: tooth insertion, screwing in and tightening. The control of three different stages is realized by setting the parameters of each step.


(1) Parameter description

Tightening mode: Supports 2 modes, 0--automatic mode

2--High speed mode (for self-tapping screws) Tighten the direction of rotation: (with the head facing up as a reference) 0-cw (timely); 1-ccw (counterclockwise); Target torque: set the final target torque of the lock screw The value of the value; the torque holding time: the time to maintain the target torque after the torque reaches the target value;

Torque compensation value: When setting the target torque and the actual torque to have a fixed deviation, set this parameter plus a value or subtract a value; when setting this parameter, first set a slightly larger value (such as: 10 or -10) ), then look at the tactometer's measured feedback effect and further fine-tune the settings.

Torque test-free laps: The tightening result is not judged within the set number of turns, reducing false alarms caused by excessive torque fluctuations during the initial tightening phase.

High-sliding tooth detection: 0=OFF; 1=ON. (Default off for debugging; recommended for actual use) When this function is enabled, "-Floating height defines the number of turns" and "+ sliding teeth defines the number of turns "Two parameters are valid; if not, the tightening result is only ok, ng, three states are not completed; the float height and the slippery teeth are not checked.
